Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and CraftOfTech LLC ("we", "us") about your use of Numgrove. By playing or creating a profile you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Numgrove. Effective 28 September 2026.

Who may play

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to create a profile. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and your profile accurate. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Fair play

Cheating is not allowed. That includes:

• using bots, scripts, solvers, automation or any tool that plays, times or submits for you;
• tampering with the game, its data, timing or network traffic;
• using several accounts, or sharing an account, to gain an advantage;
• exploiting bugs instead of reporting them; and
• any other behaviour we reasonably consider unfair.

We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove or adjust results, reset streaks or rankings, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban accounts we believe have cheated or broken these terms. We use automated and manual checks, but we do not guarantee that every cheater will be detected or that leaderboards are free of cheating.

House players

Leaderboards may include computer-controlled players operated by us ("house players" or "bots") to keep boards lively. Only CraftOfTech LLC may operate bots or automated players. No one else may use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated means to play, collect data from, or interact with Numgrove.

Your content

You keep ownership of the name, display name and photo you add, and you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt them to run and promote Numgrove. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, or anything offensive, sexual, hateful, misleading or impersonating someone. We may remove content and act on reports at our discretion.

When you submit a testimonial and tick the sharing box, you grant CraftOfTech LLC a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it with your display name, flag and in-game badges in the game and marketing. We may edit it for length or decline to publish it. You can withdraw your testimonial at any time from your profile.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect copyright and respond to notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe a photo or other content in Numgrove infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a notice with: your physical or electronic signature; the work you say is infringed; where the content is in Numgrove (for example the player name and leaderboard); your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own or may act for the owner of the right.

Designated copyright agent: CraftOfTech LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent, legal@numgrove.com. You can also use "Report photo" in the game and choose the copyright reason. We remove infringing content, may send a counter-notice to the person who posted it as the law provides, and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Advertising and paid features

We may show advertising, sponsored content and promotions, and may offer paid features in future, each under the terms shown at the time.

Hints and other in-game items have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are a limited licence to use within the game. We may change how they are earned or used, limit them, or remove them, including for cheating, abuse of ads or rewards, or misuse of the service.

Changes to the game

We may change, suspend or stop Numgrove, or any feature, puzzle, leaderboard or account, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We may reset or delete game data, results and rankings.

Ownership

Numgrove, its puzzles, software, design, name and logo are owned by CraftOfTech LLC and its licensors. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, sell or reverse-engineer them except as the law allows.

No warranty

Numgrove is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraftOfTech LLC and its owners, founders, officers, employees, contractors and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, rankings, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to Numgrove. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate CraftOfTech LLC and its owners, founders, officers and employees for claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of Numgrove.

Ending the agreement

You may stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access at any time. Sections about ownership, warranties, liability and indemnity continue to apply after that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where CraftOfTech LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you other rights.

Changes and contact
