How to play Numgrove
- Look at the signs. A + node is the sum of the numbers below it; a × node is their product.
- Place the pieces. Tap a number in the pool, then an empty slot (or drag it). Tap a filled slot to take the number back.
- Make every branch work. When the whole tree adds and multiplies up to the number at the top, you have grown it.
Tips
- Start near the top: the root tells you what its children must make.
- Big numbers usually sit under a ×; small ones often pair under a +.
- On Sapling and Ironwood some pieces are decoys. Not every piece belongs in the tree.
- If you fill the whole tree and it doesn't add up, it shakes: find the branch that's wrong and fix it with Undo or by tapping a circle (moves still count).
Scores
Ironwood is ranked: your score is your time plus 10 seconds for every move beyond the fewest possible. Lower is better. Signed-in players appear on the daily leaderboard, which closes at midnight UTC.
