Delete your account

You can delete your Numgrove account at any time. Deleting it removes your profile, photo, streaks, results, hints and leaderboard entries, and the sign-in account itself. It cannot be undone.

In the game (website or app)

1. Open Numgrove and tap your avatar at the top of the home screen.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted straight away.

Without signing in

Use the request form on the Privacy Policy page (choose “Delete my data”) or write to privacy@numgrove.com from the email address or with the phone number you play with. We may ask you to confirm the request is yours and reply within 30 days.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Totals that are not personal (such as how many people solved a day's tree) stay, and so do the daily puzzles. Guest progress lives only in your browser or device: clear the site's data or uninstall the app to remove it.
